Karen
Voght is the founder of Wellness, Inc., a Boston-area researcher, innovator, and
accomplished businesswoman who for many years has researched the effects of body
mind integration on human creativity, learning, literacy, and well-being. She is
the author of "The Kids' Wellness Guide: How Well They Feel, How Well They
Learn" and "Alphabet Fitness", and is a staunch believer in
interactive education and early stress prevention training for children. Her work on educating a
state of learning readiness for inner city pre-school populations
has been recently published in the Journal of Child and Youth Care Work. Presently
she is designing interactive games to help develop early literacy-fitness for
children growing up in a sedentary, yet audio-visually overstimulating age.
